隱私權政策 Privacy Policy
1. 資料蒐集與使用目的1. Data Collection and Usage
我們蒐集必要的參賽者資訊（姓名、聯絡方式、畫作影像），以及未來參與「網路投票」活動之投票者驗證資訊（如電子郵件或社群帳號）。這些資料僅用於賽事評選、投票防弊機制、身分確認、結果通知及後續的成果展覽。 We collect necessary participant information (names, contact details, artwork images), as well as verification data from voters during the "Online Voting" phase (e.g., email addresses or social media accounts). This data is used solely for competition judging, voting fraud prevention, identity verification, notifications, and exhibition purposes.
2. 資料保護安全2. Data Protection & Security
我們採取嚴謹的數位防護措施，確保參賽者的個人資料與大眾的投票紀錄，不被未經授權地存取、變更或公開。 We implement rigorous digital security measures to ensure that participants' personal data and public voting records are protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
3. 第三方共享限制3. Third-Party Sharing Restrictions
除了賽事執行之必要合作單位（如場地協辦方飛牛牧場）與提供「投票系統服務」之第三方技術平台外，我們絕不將您的個人資料販售或無故提供給其他外部單位。 We do not sell or share your personal data with external parties, except for necessary partners involved in executing the competition (e.g., venue partner Flying Cow Ranch) and third-party voting platform providers.
4. 您的隱私權利4. Your Privacy Rights
您可以隨時與我們聯繫，請求查詢、修正、或要求刪除我們所持有的您的個人資料及相關參賽/投票紀錄。 You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and related submission/voting records held by us.

參賽條款 Terms of Service
1. 參賽資格與報名規範1. Eligibility and Registration
本少兒組賽事僅限報名截止日前年滿 6 至 12 歲之孩童參與。每位參賽者可選擇個人報名或透過學校機構以團體形式報名。所有報名資料必須由法定代理人或授權教師協助填寫並同意本條款。 The Youth Track is strictly open to children aged 6 to 12 as of the submission deadline. Entries can be submitted individually or as a school/group. All registration details must be completed and consented to by a legal guardian or authorized educator.
2. 評選機制與最終決定權2. Evaluation Mechanism and Final Decision
本賽事之評審標準（含童趣想像力、環境友善及空間轉譯潛力）與網路人氣票選機制均依據官方公告辦理。主辦單位與專業評審團保有各獎項之最終評選決定權，參賽者與指導單位對評審結果不得提出異議。 Judging criteria and online voting mechanisms will be conducted according to the official rules. The organizer and the professional jury reserve the ultimate right of final decision on all awards. Participants and mentoring institutions shall not dispute the evaluation results.
3. 智慧財產權與作品授權3. Intellectual Property and Licensing
參賽作品之著作人格權歸原創作者所有。凡提交作品參賽，即代表法定代理人同意無償授權「台灣樹屋協會」及其合作夥伴，於賽事宣傳、網路投票、數位典藏及後續展覽中，全球性、永久且非專屬地使用該作品之圖像與設計概念。 Moral rights of the submitted artworks remain with the original creators. By submitting an entry, the legal guardian grants the Treehouse Association of Taiwan and its partners a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use the artwork images and design concepts for promotional, public voting, archiving, and exhibition purposes.
4. 實體建造與設計轉譯免責聲明4. Physical Construction and Design Translation Disclaimer
築夢大獎之作品將由主辦單位團隊於飛牛牧場進行實體建造。為確保公眾使用之安全性、遵循樹木友善原則，以及符合現地自然環境條件，專業建築師團隊保有對獲獎設計進行必要結構修改、材質替換與尺寸縮放之最終決定權。 The Grand Prize winning design will be physically constructed at Flying Cow Ranch. To ensure public safety, adhere to tree-friendly principles, and match the site's natural conditions, the professional architectural team reserves the ultimate right to make necessary structural modifications, material substitutions, and scale adjustments.
5. 獎項發放與指導老師專屬榮譽5. Prize Distribution and Teacher's Recognition
海外得主若獲得實體獎品，將轉換為等值之國際數位禮物卡；海外首獎得主將啟動「雲端小所長」遠端共創專案或提供定額機票補助。為感謝教育推手，凡帶領學生完成報名之指導老師將獲頒官方電子感謝狀；獲獎學生之指導老師，本會將正式發文至所屬教育主管機關與學校，建請校方予以敘獎鼓勵。 Physical merchandise for overseas winners will be converted to equivalent digital gift cards; an overseas Grand Prize winner will enter the "Remote Architect" program or receive a travel subsidy. To honor educators, participating teachers will receive an official e-certificate, and we will formally request educational authorities and schools to grant administrative merits for teachers of winning students.

7. 爭議與條款修改7. Disputes and Modifications
主辦單位保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利，相關異動將公告於網站，恕不另行個別通知。 The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications, interpret, or cancel the event. Any updates will be announced on the official website without separate notices.
